One Life Academy: Sign Up By April 19
The next session of One Life Academy will explore the Art of Neighboring. Starting April 21, OLA will meet every Wednesday night from 8:30-9:30 p.m. for six weeks. During the class, which will be held via a secure Zoom call, participants will recap the material in a large group setting before breaking out into smaller groups. Led by a group facilitator, these breakout groups will give you an opportunity to challenge yourself and fellowship with one another by engaging in the material.

One Life Church: Virtual Town Hall
This past year has been a doozy. We’ve been learning what it means to be a scattered church. This is hard work. But it is possible. One of the things we must continue doing is communicating. We want to be on the same page as God continues to lead us. During the virtual Town Hall Meeting on May 2, Pastors Daniel Hodges and Justin Wallace will be sharing some very important church analytics, casting vision, telling stories and answering any questions you might have. Please make space on your calendar for this Town Hall and be praying that God unifies us through this important conversation.
The Town Hall will be on Zoom from 6-8 p.m. on May 2 (join then by clicking this link). Please arrive a few minutes early so that we can start on time. .
Rooted Campaign
In 2018, God gave our church a vision to establish a permanent presence in Concord that leads to eternal influence. Part of this vision was a capital campaign that would make it possible for us to purchase the property at 1030 Central Drive. It’s been an amazing 3-year journey, and we have seen God provide in huge ways for our church. Today, in 2021, we continue to chase this vision and flesh it out in practical ways. In order to continue becoming a church that is rooted in Concord, we are launching a $25,000 initiative. It is our goal to raise $25,000 by the end of May so that we can continue establishing a permanent presence in Concord. This money will go to facility updates, summer neighborhood outreach programs, new outdoor kids activities on our campus, a new front door for our main building and an outreach program with Endless Opportunities. Many of us have received a stimulus check and we are filling our taxes, so this could be a great place to invest in the eternal work of God through One Life Church. We invite you to be part of what God is doing here at OLC as God continues to pave the way for us to be rooted in Concord.
