Our Story
The Collective began as a dream in 2017. We had a desire to impact Concord and the surrounding area in practical and lasting ways. In 2018 this dream took shape and we started designing an affordable co-work space for like-minded organizations so that renting office space would no longer be a burden but instead, it would be a place of collaboration. We opened our doors in 2019 and believe we will have a generational influence on our community.

We allow one time event rentals of our facility. Whether you are hosting a party, wedding, or business event and no matter if it’s big or small, we would love to help you host it on our 20,000 square foot property.
